Welcome to the Careers and Diversity Enhancement web site for the Southern Plains Area of the Agricultural Research Service for the United States Department of Agriculture.

The Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is the largest and most prestigious research organization of its kind in the world. It spans the country with over 100 facilities that are strategically located within the major farm and rangeland ecosystems throughout the country. This enables ARS to respond to agricultural production and utilization problems on a national scale. We
